In 2023, DHG Properties introduced its first project in Dubai — Helvetia Residences in the Jumeirah Village Circle district. The company continues to expand its portfolio of properties in the region and beyond, focusing on premium-class residential complexes and apartments that combine modern architectural solutions, functionality, and high quality standards.

Projects are being implemented in Switzerland, Serbia, Dubai, and other countries, successfully bringing to life both residential and commercial developments, including Winterthur Elysian, Lux Gardens, and other projects.
